2. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all services offered by Villa Plagniau, including in particular:

  • individual wellness and support sessions
  • massages, mind-body practices, and energy healing
  • workshops, retreats, and coaching programs
  • vacations with lodging, for one or two people
  • Dinner service and meals included in the stay
  • gift certificates
  • digital products and content

Any reservation, order, or purchase constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Nature of Services & Scope

The services offered by Villa Plagniau are designed to promote well-being, rejuvenation, and personal development.
Under no circumstances do they constitute:

  • a medical or paramedical procedure
  • a diagnosis
  • medical or psychological treatment

The customer acknowledges that they are physically capable of participating in the activities offered and agrees to inform the service provider of any medical conditions, allergies, food intolerances, or contraindications.

4. Booking stays with accommodations

Your reservation includes:

  • accommodation for the specified period
  • the services included in the selected package
  • guest meals, when mentioned

The reservation becomes final after:

  • written confirmation
  • and payment of the deposit or the full amount requested

Villa Plagniau reserves the right to refuse a reservation if the conditions are not met.

5. Rates

Prices are listed in euros (€), subject to applicable VAT rates.
Rates include only the services explicitly mentioned in the quote. Any additional services will be billed separately.

6. Payment Terms

Payments can be made by:

  • bank transfer
  • species
  • electronic payment (SumUp or similar)

For stays with accommodations:

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking
  • The balance is due before or at the start of your stay

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following services:

  • accommodation
  • recreational
  • well-being

provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

8. Cancellation and Changes – Accommodation Packages

Cancellation by the customer:

  • More than 21 days before the start of the stay: refund of the deposit, minus any applicable administrative fees
  • Between 21 and 8 days before the stay: the deposit is still due
  • Less than 7 days before the stay or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total cost of the stay is due

Cancellation by Villa Plagniau:
Villa Plagniau reserves the right to cancel a stay in the event of:

  • force majeure
  • unusually low availability
  • insufficient number of participants (for group trips)

In that case, the amounts paid will be fully refunded or carried over.

9. Table d’hôtes – Diet & Allergies

The meals served as part of the table d’hôtes are prepared with care in a warm, family-style atmosphere. Guests agree to notify us in advance of their stay:

  • any food allergy
  • any form of intolerance
  • any specific diet

Villa Plagniau cannot be held liable in the event of any omission or delay in providing information on the part of the customer.

10. Gift certificates

Gift certificates:

  • are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • are neither refundable nor exchangeable
  • may be transferred to a third party with prior consent

An expired gift certificate is considered void.

11. Liability & Insurance

The guest is responsible for their conduct during their stay and agrees to comply with the following:

  • the locations
  • the equipment provided
  • the other participants

Villa Plagniau assumes no liability in the event of:

  • loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • an accident caused by inappropriate or reckless behavior

12. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, exercises, audio files, texts, and visuals provided as part of our stays and support programs remain the exclusive property of Villa Plagniau. Any reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

13. Personal Information

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at www.villaplagniau.com.

14. Force Majeure

Villa Plagniau shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to a force majeure event (illness, accident, inclement weather, administrative decision, etc.).

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a matter of priority. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of the service provider’s place of business.
